Pre-Columbiana: A Journal of Long-Distance Contacts
The Pre-Columbiana is the best journal in the business for reporting on Pre-Columbian transoceanic contact between the old and new worlds. With prominent judges like David Kelly, Paul Tolstoy, Carl Johannessen and many others, each journal is packed with evidences of man's ancient migrations. Subscribe to Pre-Columbiana.
The Pre-Columbian Overseas Contacts Organization (POCO), a subdivision of the non-profit Early Sites Research Society (ESRS), invites you to subscribe to its journal Pre-Columbiana, edited by Professor Stephen C. Jett, University of California, Davis, with the assistance of an editorial board of distinguished professional scholars. Pre-Columbiana carries scholarly articles, book reviews, and so forth, on the subject of long-distance contacts and inter-influences prior to Columbus' voyages, especially across the oceans between the Old and New worlds but within the hemispheres, as well. ESRS also invites you to become a member of the organization, which undertakes archaeological investigations globally (especially in Mexico) and maintains a research library in Independence, MO, to which members have access. However, you may subscribe to the journal alone, without being a member of ESRS. Subscription is being offered at a rate far lower than that of the typical scholarly journal. Of course, if you care to contribute more to the organization or specifically to the journal, such contributions will be highly welcome as we proceed with this young endeavor (donations are tax-deductible.) Subscribe to the journal.
