Get Involved
ESRS also invites you to become a member of the organization, which undertakes archaeological investigations globally (especially in Mexico) and maintains a research library in Independence, MO, to which members have access.
To get involved in any of Early Sites Research Society's (ESRS) projects is a relatively easy thing to do. The greatest asset needed is a sincere desire. Unlike most research organizations, ESRS openly encourages both the professional and the amateur to "come aboard," and there are a variety of ways to become involved in ESRS activities.
ESRS Projects
At any one time, ESRS has a multitude of projects in progress ranging from obtaining a particular photograph to creating a drawing, library or internet research, or even accompanying ESRS in the field.
All are welcome as long as the applicable rules are followed.
RULES
Our single greatest rule is that of decency. All persons involved must respect one another. There is no hierarchy, but there is a chain of command.
